Trevor Francis Associates Ltd is a UK based innovation consultancy with a particular focus on helping companies to improve their growth and value by delivering innovation better and faster from Research and Development.

The company was established in 2005 in recognition that many business leaders understand the need to invest in R & D but are frequently disappointed at the rate and success of innovation delivery. While there are many consultancies who will apply broad management strategies to help, there are very few consultancies with the real insight and pragmatic experience of working in Research and Development and actually delivering innovation to the market.

By contrast, it is the deep but pragmatic understanding of delivering innovation in a large organisation that makes TFA different. During his 28 years with Unilever, Trevor led regional and global Research & Development teams and has had first hand experience of the excitement and challenges facing teams seeking to delivery new innovations. At Unilever, Trevor had senior roles in Manufacturing, HR and in Research and Development and at one stage he was Technical Director for Lever UK. The totality of these experiences has given him an unparalleled insight into the elements needed for a truly successful and innovative organisation: vision, people, processes and culture.

Trevor is a member and candidate for election to the Board of Trustees of Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
